Welcome to Kamaole Beach Royale #208, this unit is brand new & recently renovated. This beautiful condo has been upgraded with all new decor and a brand new split A/C system with handlers in each room for your cooling comfort. The condo features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a pullout sleeper sofa, and a large private lanai. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a queen size pull out sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked for any culinary needs you may have! The condo comes with complementary high-speed Wi-fi and a working desk in the living room.
We stock beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella for our guests, so you are beach ready!
Kamaole Beach Royale is located right across the street from Kamaole Beach #1 in South Kihei. Kamaole Beach #1 is one of three famous beaches within easy walking distance of this complex. The condo is also close to a wide range of shopping and restaurants ranging from local fast food, ice cream, to fabulous seafood and fine dining as well as rental shops for snorkeling and beach equipment within a block of the condo.

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND OPTIONS:
TRAVEL INSURANCE – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties. All of the major booking sites offer trip insurance that you can purchase at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program, please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation on.
For bookings without Travel Insurance, we have the below options:
CANCELLATIONS - 30 DAYS or MORE before check-in, Renters will receive a FULL REFUND, minus a $99.00 Administrative Fee plus tax.
CANCELLATION 29 DAYS or LESS before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount. The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice.
There are NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURE.

Great location, condo is beautifully decorated, and has everything we needed from washer/dryer to kitchen ware. Very cozy and clean, great communication and very nice staff. Will definitely recommend and definitely book again. A++

Very nice. Well appointed. Comfortable. 2 minute walk to a great beach. Walkable to some good food and coffee stops. Short drives to groceries, good restaurants and good snorkeling. A/C on the balcony is a little off putting. Turn it off when out there. Don’t miss the rooftop at sunset - awesome. Kihei is the best location to stay on Maui and this property is in the best area to stay in Kihei.
The condo was decorated nicely and contained everything we needed. Communication with property management was excellent. The location was perfect - right across the street from the beach and walking distance to several restaurants.
