Lauloa #405

This condo was a perfectly appointed unit. The beach chairs, cooler, snorkel masks,umbrella and towels made a day on the beach perfect. Kitchen had everything you could need for your visit. The VIP property management were outsiding!!!

We loved our time in Maui! Highly recommend this condo is in perfect. Location to enjoy the ocean views and the beds are super nice!

This was a great place to stay in Maui! Beautiful views and a convenient location. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again if we can.

This condo was clean and spacious and just perfect for our vacation. The pool was well maintained and the views were perfect in the evening. Beds were super comfy, but the living room furniture were not super comfortable to sit on to watch a movie.

This location is exactly as pictured and perfectly located if you want a more secluded location-away from the busy tourist locations. The view is incredible, you're just feet away from the ocean! Every morning we saw sea turtles right off the lanai.

The property managers were very responsive when I had questions before our stay and had excellent instructions about what to expect which I really appreciated. Everything was exactly what I hoped for.

The kitchen came stocked with the essentials to cook with and even some pantry items like spices and condiments. We made sure to leave a little behind from our grocery trip as a thank you.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful Mauii experience, everyone at the property was so kind and respectful. I can't say enough good things about our stay, we would gladly come back any time!

The rental was well set up, kitchen well stocked and had great air flow during the day when we opened the windows. The beds were very comfortable but the 2nd room only had one, and our teens prefer not to share, so the sofa came in handy. Although the barn doors are nice, they do not block out the noise from the living room. The a/c system is great in the front rooms, but can get a bit warm in the second and in the restrooms. The lanai overlooks the water and the pool and the waves can be heard from the living room. Quiet location and about 15 minutes from primary grocery shopping, food, etc. Unfortunately, there was a wasp hive on the table that kept us from enjoying the balcony, so quite disappointed. Other than that, it is very cozy, clean, and well places. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in Maui and we especially loved the location of this condo as it is very central to everything. The condo was very clean and management was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Thé location was excellent - watched whales frolicking all day from our lanai! Convenient to get anywhere else we wanted to go.

Staying here felt like I was at home! Woke up to spectacular ocean views, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and also saw many turtles! The condo is well equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay and it’s located is unbeatable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We had a wonderful time on Maui. The condo was such a wonderful surprise. So close to the water, able to watch the sea turtles every morning and evening was an added bonus.
Everything was clean, peaceful and welcoming. We would give a very high review to this property.

The location was quiet and beautiful. Amazing views especially at sunset and sunrise. We got to see many sea turtles just outside the complex. The condo was perfect for our family. Clean, beautiful and had everything we need. We loved the boogie boards. Thank you!

This condo is located in a quiet area centrally located to every place you'd want to visit on Maui. Be fair warned, it is windy, so if you're concerned about your hair...lol Overall, it was a great place with everything you could need for your vacation! We loved it.

Location, both for tremendous lanai views and a 90 second drive to the harbor restaurants, for which there were many choices for a small center, all very good. Condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The property was very well manicured. Pool with outdoor shower made a nice end to the days. Management was precise and helpful. We will come again.

We had a satisfactory stay at Lauloa #405. This location was fairly centrally located. The property was clean and all appliances functioned. The pictures on the website are accurate. Because of COVID, a couple of our activities were cancelled. We did enjoy the aquarium that was very close to the property. The whale 3D movie was awesome! Tantes restaurant in the same plaza was very good. Happy hour was extremely reasonable. The ride to Hanna was a bit hairy, the roads are very narrow and there was a lot of traffic. We started with first light and were very fortunate that we did so. We did download a very helpful app for the drive that was tied to GPS as cell service disappears almost as soon as you start the drive. GyPSy guide was the app we used. We took a snorkeling trip - Afternoon (PM) Snorkel Aboard Malolo (MAUI / Ma'alaea Harbor) - Very safety oriented and enjoyable. We also took a Sunrise Haleakala sunrise tour with breakfast through Polynesian adventures - They picked us up promptly right in front of our hotel. The pool is clean and right next to the ocean. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee pot.

My husband and I just spent 3 nights in this beautiful oceanfront condo in Wailuku, Hawaii. The property was immaculate with a great location. We spent every morning with our coffee on the private lanai and finished our paradise days with a glass of wine in the evening. The sunsets were amazing. We had almost a full moon every night and the moonlight shimmered off the water. Breathtaking! We watched beautiful sea turtles on the other side of the sea wall directly beneath our top floor unit. A nice quiet location with easy access to all the south Maui beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

The property management company Valley Isle Property (VIP) Management Team was excellent. They kept us informed of the steps necessary to complete the Hawaii Safe Travels program in a timely manner. Check in was super easy with all instructions clearly spelled out in an email. We had a special need for a delivery while we were here and Wendi graciously allowed us to have the delivery made to her home. Mahalo Wendi! You are the best. We really appreciate your thoughtfulness in ensuring that we received our package.

My only issue was the location. Not much with in walking distance. There are basically 3 restaurants with in walking distance and one closes at 3:30. Those are at the marina a few steps away. The Marina also advertises a few shops mainly souvenir type. You will definitely need a car to go to any nearby towns or more restaurants or a grocery store. There is a bus stop at the marina that can take you to the town of Kihei.
