Grand Champions #5

I loved the space. It's a very nice neighborhood and location with luscious gardens, a pool, walking distance to The Shops at Wailea and about a 10 min walk to the beach. I drove so I could get groceries making the property the most affordable with free parking. Wailea is one of the most expensive areas with a Four Seasons and Fairmont just up the beach and you can have a quick lunch or dinner there and park in the Wailea Beach parking lot for free until 8 pm. Four Seasons offers free Valet (just bring some extra tip money for the parkers). The unit is fabulously furnished and is very quiet. I felt like I was in my own home and it was very peaceful and had most all of the amenities you need. Beach chairs, wake boards, coolers, sunscreen, and snorkel gear. Just make sure you pack your own shampoo and conditioner. If you have forgotten any toiletries, the Grocery and ABC stores are just up the street. Only a 28 min drive from OGG airport. Lovely stay and I'll be staying there again if it's available.

My family and I had the best experience in Maui and this property was just right for us. We enjoyed all its amenities and couldn’t have been happier with the location. The home was beautiful! Would definitely recommend!

Too many wasps on the lanai. Wife is deathly afraid of them, so laundry was a no-go, which is in a closet out on the lanai. Need new shower head in master bath too. Otherwise very spacious and nice! Fantastic location for us!

Condo is in a great location that's close to shopping and beaches, near Wailea and Kihei. Spacious condo that easily fit our family. Though a bit dated, everything was clean and in operating condition. Would recommend!

Spacious, Clean, a bit of hike up the stairs, nice garden view , dull knives and no sharpener ,not enough toilet paper to start ,no laundry detergent. A bit pricey compared to our other accommodation over $2300 cad for 3 nights.over all not bad ,but our other place was much nicer for less money.

I would highly recommend. Property was clean, well maintained. It was spacious and perfect for our family. I highly recommend. The pools were clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed. I would stay here again when coming to visit my son in Maui.

Lovely modern and very well maintained property nestled in an idyllic property. Lots of parking and easy access to most places in Kehei. We were 2 families and the 2 master suites made it very convenient. Very responsive management team. Would do it all over again!

We stayed here, 2 couples sharing the dual master. The home was really nice and the kitchen was well supplied. Very close to the beach and shops and restaurants. You'll want a rental car if you stay here. We will be staying here again for sure.

Beautiful home with all the amenities, plus everything you needed for the beach! Your own private parking spot just outside the door! It was very quiet and peaceful, and a nice walk to a nearby shopping area.

Great stay at this condo. Large comfortable beds, lots of extra blankets. Smart TV's in each bedroom and living room. Kitchen has most of everything you need. Pool is very close to condo and trash is close. No view of ocean. View is of another hotel. Nice washer/dryer.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer gepflegten Anlage. Sie war in einem guten Zustand und auch sauber. Die Betten waren bequem. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und Strandsachen. Fussläufig erreicht man das Shoppingcenter. Man kann auch zum Strand zu Fuss gehen, wir sind aber immer an unterschiedliche Strände mit dem Auto gefahren.

I needed a quick last-minute rental and this place was available—what an amazing condo. Tons of space, very well kept and clean, no pests, and very comfortable beds. VIP was also a pleasure to work with

Pros: The bedrooms are spacious. Very clean. Close to all the beaches around the area. Beach equipments are in the closet. Cons: Not enough towels and bathroom supplies. Glitches in Wi-Fi connection.

We enjoyed our stay in Maui, the rental condo was pretty good. It could have been cleaner, especially the porch which was quite dirty. A little surprised that we had to buy toilet paper, soap, dish soap etc.

We have stayed at many grand champion condos over the past 40 years and this one, #5 was excellent. Two master suites were perfect for two couples. It was a large unit , very clean and organized and Robert from the Vallet Isle Team was extremely helpful.

Our condo was in the perfect location. Close to everything. It had an amazing collection pool and beach equipment from chairs to coolers to toys to dig in the sand:) nice kitchen and big room for watching tv and eating. My only problem with the condo was it’s on the 3rd floor and no elevator.

Having this vacation rental made my stay extremely enjoyable. Will definitely utilize again in the future.

This place is a wonderful place for a relaxed vacation. It's close to the ocean, although you will need to car to take a very short drive. The condo itself is very clean and has first class furniture and everything else you need for a 5-star vacation. Just love it and will definitely come back again!

We had a great stay at this condo. Great location in Wailea. Right in the heart of all the South Maui experiences. Condo was as advertised. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Guests with mobility issues should be aware that the condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. So there is a lot of going up and down stairs to get to and from the condo unit.

This is the second time we have stayed in this Condo and it did not disappoint. The condo is located in a very nice area and is very quite. The Condo was very clean and full of extra amenities. We took advantage of the many kitchen items and grill at the pool. The Condo was loaded with boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrella's which we used often. It was clean and perfect for our family of 7 (1st time) and family of 5 (2nd time). The next time we go back to Maui we will try and reserve this condo again.

The property had everything we needed. It was nice and clean. The location was great. The beds were comfortable. Close to shopping mall and other stores and restaurants.

Had a fun time in wailea! Positives: condo layout is private and spacious for family of 3-5, big Lanai, bedrooms were large, kitchen fully stocked, plenty of beach towels and toys, chairs, etc, location about 10 minutes to beach; beaches are amazing down south, close to shops at wailea, Monkeypod and other great places to eat very close, kehei only 5 mins away with lots of good food, check in easy and we’re able to check in early which was great, washer/dryer was convenient, showers were outdated though clean! Negatives: condo could use fresh coat of paint and some minor updating, Cable in 2nd guest room not working (mgmt notified), we adapted, condo is up 2 flights of stairs but we enjoyed the extra workout, no gym onsite, but plenty of great running options nearby (we ran the beach walk several times!, probably par for the course on a tropical Island but cockroaches in some kitchen drawer/counters discovered on first night. Notified mgmt next day and pesticide spray was delivered promptly, though we did not use it and elected to use plastic ware instead and just kill the critters as we found them. Was hoping this have would have been taken care of this for us as it’s not something we wanted to deal with spending $400/night to stay. Hopefully it will be handled for next guests! Was also expecting management to maybe kick us back cleaning fee due to the inconvenience but it was never offered to our surprise.

We loved our stay here, despite the rushed check-out (by 11, which is standard and understandable). The place is two flights of stairs with no elevator, perfect for couples. Away from hassle and bustle.
