Kamaole Beach Royale 403

Holy buckets is this ever a lovely place! So conveniently located within walking distance of all sorts of shops, great beaches, food options, etc. Comfortable beds, beautiful view, great amenties in the unit. Nice deck on top of building with a lovely view. Note, however, that the pool is NOT available to temporary guests. (That is the one and only negative I could even think of.)

Overall, we loved the place except for some minor things.

We loved:
The condo is located in a great spot! The beach is half a block away, there are a number of really good eateries and a grocery store right outside the condo building. The condo itself is spacious and has a large deck with ocean views. You can hear the ocean in the evenings/at night. The condo building has a rooftop BBQ area which is really great for having dinner with ocean views! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dinnerware but they don’t provide any of the essentials (oil, sugar etc.) for cooking so be sure to stop by a grocery store. They do have a Keurig machine for making coffee but you need to use an adapter that’s in a drawer on the bottom right of the machine (this took us a while to figure out). Our stay was very comfortable. The property management company is very responsive: we asked for an extra blanket and got it right away.

Note about parking:
On one of the nights, we couldn’t find any spots in the condo parking lot. Contrary to what our reservation email said, there is no overnight street parking anywhere close to the condo: on S Kihei Rd, you’re only allowed to park 7a - 7p. The side street has parking spots but apparently those belong to the strip mall and they’ve posted signs saying as such. So we called the property management company (at 8:30pm) - they worked with the condo manager to find us a reserved parking spot for the rest of the stay!!

Things that could be better:
More bath towels and bigger sized towels: There were 4 of us staying and we were provided with one towel each. The towels were kid sized. Having 2 towels per person and a larger adult sized towel would’ve been great!
I understand not providing things like shampoo and cooking ingredients like spices. However, they provided very little dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and gargbage bags (we stayed for 9 days) - these a

Nice to be able to have the windows open for the breeze as well as the view. Rental was well-equipped. Any issues that came up were handled immediately by the manager. Great location for the beach and shopping. Roof-top patio was a bonus. Beds were comfortable.

This was our second time staying in this VRBO, and our experience was just as good if not better than the first time. The property management company is always easy to work with and accommodating. The unit is beautiful and the view is to die for. We love the location (very walkable) and the ammenities. On a few windy days we enjoyed the pool. On other days we loved the beach equipment (we had everything we needed for a phenomenal beach day). We feel very at home there and would love to stay again in the future.

We had a great time staying at Kamaole Beach Royale 403 in Kihei.

Our stay was for 11 days. I was very pleased with the beachy decor. It is very beautiful. The views from the living and main bedroom were as pretty as the pictures. Everything was clean except the floors looked clean but could use a mopping. Going barefoot showed that. We had 2 issues with a light and the barn type door going into the main bedroom and made a call and was fixed right away. Kitchen had everything we needed except coffee filters. I will stay in the condo and recommend to friends and family.

The logistics to get in and and communications were great. The place was big, bright and clean. They had towels for the condo and towels for the beach, All linens and pillows were comfy.
The only thing to improve would be more than one roll of paper towel and toilet paper.

Nice bright condo within walking distance to the beach. Great views, awesome rooftop grill, easy self check-in, and plenty of beach supplies. Kitchen and pantry well stocked. We had a great time. 8/10 would recommend.

Everything was just as it was advertised.The view of the ocean is amazing and the condo is beautifully furnished with everything thing you need to enjoy your stay.Short walk across the street to beautiful beaches and restaurants and stores within walking distance. Very happy with the dual air in both bedrooms and living room. Extra amenities such as beach equipment was also provided. We had an issue with the washing machine and they had a repairman fix it within a few hours. Great communication was always available! Love this unit and would definitely rent this again!

This place was amazing! My family & I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Super clean. Minisplits air conditioning in each room. We will definitely come back again.

Solid overall experience. This is in a commercial location, but with easy access to other areas of the island, the ocean, and shops. Great views and quiet building, and the condo has all the amenities you could need.

It was the perfect place to stay. More convenient than my own home. Will recomend to everyone I know,and will definitely stay here again.

We have been to Maui many times and always stay in Kiehi. The view from our room was wonderful. The roof top deck for barbequing is also a great place to watch sunset for those that don't want to walk to the beach. This condo is in a great location for all three of the Kamaole beaches. It is also in a great location and easy walk for meals from breakfast to dinner. There are also local shops within walking distance.

The condo was perfectly located! Walking distance to everything!
They had everything there for you to have a bleach day.

The condo was conveniently located to a nice beach across the street and walking distance to some restaurants. It was clean and as described and was perferct for our family of 4. It was well stocked and had nice beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas and other beach stuff to use. Would stay again!

Everything worked out great. The apartment was really nice and we loved the location.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Little confusion with two numbered locks , one on the wall and another on the door! That cane be easily addressed!

Great place to stay with an amazing location and views from the lanai. Would stay there again for sure.
