Had everything we needed, loved using the beach chairs and umbrella. House was clean and cute. Easy to access and great views of the beach.

Very clean, right on the ocean, beautiful views. We ate 90% of our meals at the condo and everything for the kitchen was provided. We did have 6 people and only 4 beach towels. 4 bath towels. I know they didn’t have to supply any towels however, after a long two days of travels it was inconvenient for us to look for a store to purchase more towels. They did have coin operated laundry service available on every floor. There are gas grills provided conveniently located. These condos are very centrally located , 15 mins from airport, roughly 15 min drive from shopping district , walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. We will definitely stay with them again . I highly recommend. I would give them four point 8 stars

Woke up to a beautiful view and a cup of coffee. Great places to eat nearby and a quiet, an ideal homey atmosphere.

Everything is perfect about this place.
First, the view: sunset, ocean views all day long.
Second, the location: so close to soooo many beaches and the town. Ten minutes away from anything.
Third, the apartment: kitchen, two baths, comfy furniture, accessible laundry, pool, bbqs, beach gear, family friendly, easy parking, etc.

We spent a week in this condo and had a great time. It’s well appointed and everything was in working order. The view was beautiful, the pool was nice. The beds have some foam mattress toppers that are very soft, if you love a soft bed you’ll sink into you’ll love it. The sheets do pop off every night though, they just can’t stay put with how deep the mattress plus pad are.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Close to everything including food, groceries, beaches and snorkeling! We will be back!

This clean and spacious unit overlooks the beautiful ocean. We enjoyed coffee and meals on the lanai. The property was well maintained. The manager answered all of my concerns in a timely manner. We loved the unit and can’t wait to stay there again. E hele mai. Come see for yourself.

Great stay, beautiful decor, comfortable beds with everything provided that you need for a stay at the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by as well. Will definitely be back!

Very nice 2 bedroom condo with views and access to beach. Good location to town and other parts of the island. Very nice experience.

This Condo was amazing. And the company attached to it was amazing. Great interior, fantastic views from Linia. It is further from restaurants and shops in central Kihei, so will need a car if you want to eat out or shop.

We arrived during a power outage in the area (not just the condos) and the manager helped us carry our luggage up 6 flights. Luckily he was half our age! Condo has a lovely patio with full ocean view. We liked the floor plan with the bed/bath ensuite being separated by the kitchen & living. A/C worked great. VERY conveniently located close to many restaurants.

Overall our experience with our rental was great. The building is conveniently close to a lot of restaurants and markets. Its a well maintained, clean, quiet and a well managed property. The beach is a short walk from the building, which is great if you don't want to drive to another beach or just take a walk. The swimming pool was very nice with a kiddie pool, which was a pleasant surprise. The hot tub was good but the jets were a bit weak.

The unit was comfortable and clean, with all the extras you could need (beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers). From the balcony you had a great view of the ocean and prime location for a daily sunset. The rental was extremely well sound insulated. You couldn't hear much of anything that was going on outside. You could hear the occasional emergency vehicle driving by or an airplane in the distance, but you had to stop and really try to listen for it.

They don't have laundry/dryers in the unit but they have laundry machines that are Bluetooth/Phone App connected so you don't have to carry coins or make change.

Loved being on the top floor of this complex. The view was amazing and a fantastic way to wake up each day. The beds are comfy and they have foam toppers which I personally like. Not far to walk to the beach and the grounds are so pretty you don't mind the short walk. The pool/hot tub area was clean and well maintained and seemed to be enjoyed by both guests and residents. It was never too busy which was nice. The management took my suggestions for a few ways to improve and that is certainly appreciated. The kitchen is pretty stocked with just about everything you need. I didn't use everything available so can't speak to that...like the coffee maker and the dishwasher. I love Kihei and this place is pretty central to all the beaches and places to go. Sugar Beach Bakery is a must and only like 3 miles away. I'd bring water shoes if going in the water at the beach here as it's quite rocky. Laundry area is convenient and easy. Oh and it's pretty quiet for the most part....except the fans in the bathroom are on and can't be turned off so if you're sensitive to that kind of noise be aware. We would definitely stay here again. :)

This property has a beautiful oceanfront view! We loved having our breakfast outside on the large balcony listening to the birds chirping. The set up is perfect with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The property was quiet and conveniently located to all of the driving we did around the island. Some upgrades are needed, especially the laundry facilities but everything was functional in our suite. We had an incredible holiday and hope to be back!

There were four of us, this condo was perfect. Having the bathrooms in each bedroom was really nice. The ocean view was amazing. It was clean and the location was perfect. Living room Furniture was very dated. Couch squeaked, bar stools are wobbly , but we spent most of the time on the lanai. There was a phone number in their paperwork binder that said text us. Could not get that number to work but emailing them was just as effective and they responded very quickly. Had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this place as your home away from home

This unit has beautiful views and is just steps away from the ocean. The central location makes it easy to explore the island.
During our stay, there was an issue with the lock due to a power outage. Wendi was immediately available and very helpful.

I know that I made the correct choice in accommodations for our stay in Maui. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Being on the sixth floor made for a nice view. THe laundry was close and convenient. And, the condo was fully equipped with everything we could have wanted. It was also in nice, close proximity to everything in Kihei.
