Wonderful stay-nice clean unit. Beach near. Enjoyable pool. Great location walking distance to restaurants. I would recommend this unit and VIP rental units to anyone.

We had a wonderful Maui vacation. The location of the condo was perfect for all of our adventures. We had beach access within walking distance and a short trip for shopping and food. We had four adults on the trip and the space was perfect for our group. The cooler was very helpful for all of our day trips around the island!

The unit was clean, beds comfortable, extra linens, beach towels and beach chairs. There was even a red cooler which we used daily to take bottled drinks on the road. We did not utilize the pool so I can’t say anything about that, however the outside common areas and parking lot was well kept.

The place was amazing. Property manager was awesome and quick to respond. The accommodation was perfect for us an d our family. Close to all amenities and beaches. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies which was great as we ate in most days. We would definitely book again.

I would return to this unit again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing time on our vacation which included this prime location and beautiful property. The beach was within a 2 minute walk and we were delighted to see turtles swimming in the water at Lipoa beach as well as on the sand at night. The complex was beautiful and well maintained. The unit we stayed in was very clean and had the essentials for the beach such as chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items so we had no problem cooking our meals during our stay.

Everything was as described: good location (beach around the corner), pool close to apartment, lighty apartment.

We stumbled upon this rental amongst the myriad of choices in Kihei. We remarked over and over that we would stay here again - loved the proximity to the beach, the clean and quiet property, and how well appointed the home was. Especially appreciated having cooking oil and numerous spices to choose from.

My husband and I came to Maui almost 27 years ago on our honeymoon and have been talking about coming back ever since. We planned on finally returning with our adult children in 2020 when they graduated high school and college, we celebrated our 25th and my husband turned 50, but we all know how that year played out. So in late 2021 we decided, we’re gonna make this work no matter what and I started planning. We stayed for a week in this amazing condo and everyone couldn’t have been happier. Everything about it was perfect!! The grounds were like a tropical paradise. We loved sitting on the balcony to have coffee, listening to the roosters and other birds each morning. The view was amazing as well. We were able to walk to so many restaurants, as well as a great coffee house, grocery store, shave ice and yummy pie!! We spent time at the pool and watched the sunset at the beach every night. We did use our car to visit other places too, but we’re still very centrally located. We loved the fact that if we didn’t feel like driving, we didn’t have to. Our goal for this trip of a lifetime was to relax and enjoy paradise, and that’s exactly what we did. The condo was just the right size for the 4 of us and came well stocked with the essentials. We appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs too! We had one small maintenance issue the day we arrived and it was fixed within hours. Valley Isle property management did a great job and we will definitely be coming back and hope to stay here again. Thank you for making our dreams come true and exceeding our expectations. Mahalo!

Good location...King size bed sagged on left side (my side). I slept in the room with the queen size bed and that was fine.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei. The condo was furnished very nicely, the kitchen was nicely renovated and well stocked. The AC units also worked very well. We really enjoyed our meals out on the balcony which provides a nice view of Haleakala. We really liked the area in Kihei, the beach is just across the street and its a short walk to the grocery store, coffee shop (Akamai) and restaurants (go to Coconuts fish cafe for the fish tacos and south Maui fish company for the poke). The beach chairs, towels umbrella and cooler were very handy!
We also really appreciated the early check in that was provided and the communication with the property management team was great!
Only thing to note is that the bed in the master is actually two twins pushed together and the bathrooms are a bit dated, but it’s good value for your money in Maui.

The rental was just as pictured. It’s also a 2 minute walk to the beach which was really nice. There is a grocery store walking distance around the corner as well as a some great coffee shops. Overall amazing location and we had a great stay at the condo. I would stay here again!

Place was clean and in a great location. The stay is walking distance to a variety of food places and 10 minutes from the more popular beaches.

We had a short stay in Maui and this was the perfect place to stay !!! Whether a short visit or a long vacation this is the place to stay. Central location, very clean, updated kitchen and furnishings.

An absolutely great location in Kihei. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. Condo is well stocked with towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach bags,etc. The kitchen is also well stocked for cooking. The pool and hot tub are clean.

Perfect location! Watch the sunrise over Haleakala from the deck and walk 1 block to the beach to watch the sunset. Kitchen had every amenity for cooking meals & grocery store is 1 block walk. There are also many good options for dining out/takeout nearby. Beds were comfy & we appreciated having both ceiling fans and a/c in each bedroom to help us cool off at night. Condo is nicely decorated & well maintained. Only complaint is carpet in living room had stains & a large tear & dining room chairs also have stains. We did use the pool & hot tub & gas grill in pool area. All are well maintained. Grounds are beautiful and complex is quiet. Local beach is too--but it gets windy in the afternoons so go early to avoid blowing sand. We really enjoyed our stay & would return.

Nice unit, great water pressure, close to the beach, plenty of places to eat nearby, grocery stores near (Times, Longs, Safeway).

The condo was very nice. The pool was clean and usually very view people were there. The beach was a short distance away and less choppy earlier in the day. There were grocery stores and food close by.

Stayed for one week. This location is super quiet. Location, Location, Location is excellent!!!!! Close to everything. Beach is walking distance and has beautiful sunsets. I will stay here again!!!

I would highly recommend this condo. We stayed here with our three young boys and had enough space and accommodations to have a very comfortable stay. The living room is also larger than it appears in photos. The amenities were great. Well-maintained room.
