Welcome to Kihei Resort 111, a stunningly refreshed condo one block from the shores of North Kihei. Kihei Resort is a lush complex with beautiful grounds and a Zen garden atmosphere. Unit 111 is located on the ground floor and has a large private patio. This 1 bedroom/1 bath condo has a large floorplan feel and includes a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping 4 people. The condo includes everything you need to feel right at home on vacation.
This condo offers; a fully stocked kitchen inventory including many kitchen accessories and appliances, bed linens and bath towels, a washer and dryer in unit, tasteful decor, a desk for remote workspace, a window AC unit in both the living room and bedroom, a gorgeous tile bathroom, beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler and much, much more!
This complex has immaculately maintained grounds, including a pool, a hot tub, a BBQ area, and just a short walk to the closest beach. Many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, amenities and additional beaches in Kihei are just a 5 minute drive down the road.

Cancellation Policies and Options
Travel Insurance – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties. All of the major booking sites offer trip insurance that you can purchase at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program, please check with your credit card company as well, should you choose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation on.
For bookings without Travel Insurance, we have the below options:
Cancellations - 30 Days or More before check-in, Renters will receive a Full Refund, minus a $99.00 Administrative Fee + Tax
Cancellations -29 Days or Less before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount. The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice.
There are NO Refunds for Early Departure.

We are regulars to Maui and have stayed at many areas of the island. We favor the North Shore, but decided to come back to Kihei. This apt met all our needs: clean, lovely grounds and convenient to all areas of Maui. One thing I appreciated is being able to communicate with the property management. Very responsive and considerate to our needs. We plan to stay her again.

Clean, quiet, as described. Centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. The Condo was clean and everything we need. The AC was very nice there were plenty of ceiling fans too. We loved that the condo snorkeling gear we could use.
I would totally stay here again.

We were told the property had just been cleaned so we could check in early. However, when we checked in the property smelled as if it hadn't been opened up for several weeks!
There were no instructions for the TV - after struggling with it for well over an hour we finally figured out the cabinet door had to be open in order for the remotes to work. Other than that the property was neat and clean.

Condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well stocked! The jungle vibe in the lanai was amazing. Would love to stay here again!
This is a beautiful unit in a wonderful resort. The beach is a minute walk and it's clean, and is stocked up with everything you need. There were comments about a smell in the condo. We could smell wood and that was it. It was not unpleasant at all. The hosts are very responsive and the Manager of the Resort, Johnnie, is incredible! Cleanest, best kept pool we've seen with beautiful grounds and we felt extra cared for that he was right on-site and accessible. Everything was wonderful here - highly recommend it!
