Beautiful 2 Br condo unit at a great location right over the beach. It’s actually better than the pictures

Great condo, very much enjoyed everything about the location and the unit except the master bed needs repair! It's lost it's support in the middle.

We had a wonderful time! Because we stayed in a corner unit there was a bit of traffic noise early in the morning. We would return!

The condo is SO beautiful, and EXACTLY how it looks in the photos. The grounds, gardens and pool were immaculate. Kihei is very relaxed and low key, but has plenty of great restaurants, shops, cafes etc. We felt a really friendly "buzz" during our stay. We would definitely rent this condo again.

I'll start by saying we really enjoyed our stay at Koa Lagoon #201. The condo is in a good location with an amazing Oceanfront sunset view!!! The condo is well appointed and comfortable.

The shower in the second bathroom is really cramped and for my personal preference it was unusable. It's so small the shower curtain is pressed against you the whole time. The window in the other tub/shower was extremely dirty/dusty as if it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The lanai was also really dirty. Lots of standing dirt and on the floor. It wasn't bad enough to call and complain, but considering the high cleaning fee added to the rental it should be spotless.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again, but I would count on only one shower and ask to confirm the cleanliness of the questionable areas.

This condo is fabulous for families. It is bright and very welcoming the second you walk in the door. The kitchen and main living area is huge. Bonus is a beautiful view of the ocean as windows and the lanai run the entire length of the condo. The furnishings are nice and everything has been well taken care of. Having air conditioning in the main area plus the bedrooms is fabulous! The condo is well stocked and a huge bonus is all of the beach gear that is supplied for use. 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, coolers, etc. You can easily walk to the beach for morning strolls along the ocean or to watch the incredible sunset. This makes for a wonderful stay. The management was great to work with. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our vacation rental at KOA Lagoon! It's a great location, easy to get around the island from this location. The condo was well stocked with all you need for a trip to the beach, including towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach toys. The kitchen supplies were great as well. The grounds are beautiful, the condo is just as it appears in the photos with a beautiful ocean view. The staff at the condo were very nice and did a great job at keeping the grounds spotless. The pool was perfect for our grandkids, heated and a perfect size to be able to watch them closely since they do not swim well yet. All beds and pillows were very comfortable including the sleeper sofa. The Valley Isle Property Management Team were informative answering all my many questions promptly, Carol was especially sweet and I enjoyed conversing with her. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who loves a spectacular ocean view. While on the island we attended the Old Lahaina Luau, attended a beautiful wedding on Baldwin Beach followed by a wonderful dinner at Ruth Chris Steakhouse, went whale watching which was awesome, went to the Butterfly Farm which was awesome, traveled the Road to Hana and also the Haleakala Highway where my granddaughter said "we almost to heaven", went to the Kula Botanical Gardens which was beautiful, also to the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium was very nice, and enjoyed the Maui Tropical Plantation and had lunch at the Cafe O'Lei at the Mill House on the plantation grounds (beautiful view of the mountains), and we snorkeled at Black Rock in Ka'anapali Beach which was also awesome. We had a wonderful time and we were not ready to come home. We will definitely plan a longer trip the next time, as there was so much more to see and do.

Very comfortable unit, great view from the Lanai, and good location (on the beach, shops are a ten minute walk, central to the whole island if driving somewhere). Some car noise from the main road, but it didn’t bother us and we are light sleepers. Kitchen was well-stocked and there was loads of beach gear. Communication with management co was easy and fast. I really don’t have any complains.

Loved our place for our family of five. Location in Kihei was perfect for all the Maui activities we did, very centrally located. Communication went very smoothly from beginning to end. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen was well supplied for this. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in perfect location and beautiful view. The air condition and ceiling fans kept the unit very comfortable with all the needed amenities. We will be back!

Koa Lagoon #201 was the perfect location and the unit was exceptional. Our party had a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to stay here again. We especially enjoyed sitting on the lanai for coffee in the mornings and wine at sunset. Highly recommend booking this unit.

Direct access to quiet beach with beautiful sunset views. Nice lanai views, too. Loved that it offers beach supplies. Couple of things needed to be replaced but no big deal (water filter pitcher leaks and ice maker wasn’t working. Everything else was as advertised. Bring your water shoes if you plan to swim. So nice to have a quiet beach to walk! Doors could use a little cleaning and some ants if you leave things out too long but that was the only thing we noticed. Otherwise, very clean.

The condo was lovely, in good shape and in an updated condition. I have stayed in condos before that did not end up looking as advertised but this one did. We greatly enjoyed our time there. The management team is great to deal with. They requested times that our group would fly into Maui. We were all coming in at different times & after finding out my son and his wife were arriving early in the morning , they instantly told me that they could check in early at 11 which I didn’t even realize was possible. So easy to work with!

Koa Lagoon was an amazing experience. Walking in the door, the view is breathtaking. The condo was clean and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked and our group cooked several meals for ourselves. The lanai is spacious and an ideal place for watching the whales (my favorite activity). We had a few problems when we first arrived with the keys and a light switch. The property management team was very responsive and solved our problems quickly, with a great attitude. We would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful rental with a great kitchen and beach front views. The deck was carpeted and felt like an extension of the living room. Comfortable beds. AC in each room but honestly fans were enough. Proximity to the town including food and grocery stores. Easy and plenty of parking. Can walk 1 minute outside to the beach to watch stars. Could see whales from the deck. Highly recommend this place!

We really liked our time in this property in Kehei. It was at the beach and had a lot of beach chairs, cooler, umbrella which was fantastic. The beach however, was not the greatest for swimming because there was coral fragments and sometimes huge pieces of coral in the water so I felt unsafe standing in the water because I didn't want to get thrown by the waves and lose my balance and hurt myself. That was the only problem with the beach. So if you don't care about getting in the water, this was a great location. It was nearby lots of restaurants within driving distance. The condo does need more silverware as we had four of us and we had to wash silverware before each meal. Also the second shower is really, really tiny, so a large person should plan on using the master bathroom. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay.

This unit is perfect for two couples. It has a nice, workable kitchen with seating for everyone in one place. There is plenty of seating in the living area or out on the balcony (which is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee before you start the day). The beds are comfortable as is the entire unit. The pool is private and near the beach. We loved this unit & hope to stay here again for our next trip!
The property management is excellent.

Check-in/Check-out was effortless. The unit was clean and well supplied for our stay. The two bedrooms and the living room each have a well functioning independent AC units. The view from the balcony is amazing, and theres a beautiful beach just behind the building. Location is a great starting point to hit many of Maui's must-see's, including Haleakala Highway to Haleakala National Park, Lahaina, and Road to Hana. Just 25min from the airport. Property management was prompt, kind and helpful when needed.

Perfect location with just the best view! The place had everything that we needed! Quick and easy communication with all of our needs met!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views were amazing and the beds were very comfortable. I’d definitely come stay here again. 10 out of 10!
