Beautiful view, location, and experience. Overall very satisfied.

This condo has a large lanai, with the most beautiful view, where we watched the sunsets and whales. The condo is old but everything was functional and was perfect for two people. The complex is very quiet with beautiful grounds and seems aimed at adults vs families. The beach is rocky and the water is swimmable, although we preferred to swim/snorkel elsewhere. There are a lot of restaurants and stores close by which is convenient.

Great views on the beach. Clean and very well stocked condo. Communication was excellent.

Perfect Stay

Great place to stay. It was quiet, clean and the location is close to everything. Parking was not a problem and the beach was only a few steps away.
I would truly recommend this place if you don't want a big resort experience.

We've stayed at this condo several times in the past. Hard to beat the view, late afternoon sun is a bit intense. We love the recliners which are a big selling point for us.

The view was our favorite part of this condo! It was very clean and comfortable. It was a quiet building and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves one day. I loved all of the little detail that made our stay more comfortable, such as the beach chairs and umbrellas, the stocked kitchen, and the hangers/fan/hamper in the bedroom. We loved that we were right down the street from all of the local food/restaurants as well. The owners knew we were coming in for our anniversary and we were surprised with a bottle of champagne in the fridge when we arrived. It was so nice and thoughtful! We had one issue with the lock (which was our fault) but someone came to help right away and she was very kind. The management company was very responsive throughout the whole rental process. All together, we had a great time at this condo and we will be back!

Spectacular views! The sound of the ocean and the sound of the tropical birds was absolutely phenomenal! The property was very well taken care of inside and out! Quiet , peaceful and relaxing... thank you for a wonderful first & hopefully not last vacation in Maui

What an amazing condo... the property owners were awesome to work with, the decor was so warm and very comfortable, the view was AMAZING. Highly recommend this if you want beautiful sunsets, long walks on the beach, full kitchen and comfortable bedding!

We had a great stay at the Koa Lagoon. The pictures are exactly what we anticipated and the views were amazing. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We had no issues with parking and overall the entire complex was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The view from the patio was exceptional and we spent much of our time there or on the beach which was unobstructed and close by! The beach theme decor was tasteful and furnishings as well. We appreciated that everything was labeled with instructions that were clearly stated in the binder. Mahalo!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Maui, starting and ending each day with time on the lanai. The condo was clean, comfortable and had a great location. Being in the “middle” of the island meant you could go any direction easily. Looking forward to going back.

Great place to stay , older bldg but nice inside - comfortable . bed is on the firmer side but everyone is diffrent on that . Overall we will be back for sure!

This condo was perfect. Right on the water with beach access and nice sunsets! We saw lots of turtles off the shore of the beach and were able to swim right along with some. Perfect location for lots of restaurants and shopping.

Very comfortable.
Our stay was memorable for 9 days the room was clean and well supplied with everything you need for your stay. The view was perfect and will not hesitate to stay again.

I requested a later check out time because my flight was leaving really late at night, and Valley Isle Property Management was very responsive to my message and request, and extended my check out time by 3 hours to help me out. Overall, I am a very happy guest and would definitely stay here again! One recommendation for future guests is to bring swim shoes, because the beach outside of this property is extremely rocky and hard on the feet, but sandier beaches are very close by.

We've stayed here before so it's a simple decision to return to enjoy this part of Maui. The unit is great for 2 people; the property managers responded enthusiastically to all our questions and concerns.

Whether sitting on the lanai or walking the beach right outside the condo, we experienced a quiet, beautiful, relaxing time in Kihei.

The longer we stayed, the more we fell in love with the location. The view was beyond words amazing, but the building itself was so quiet and peaceful while still being so close to everything. What a gift. Could not have asked for a more beautiful location at such a great price.

We absolutely loved the home! It had a generous supply of towels and linen. The washer/dryer in the unit was a huge help. Everything was well thought out. And the fishpond next to the complex was enjoyed by the family. It is within 2 mins drive to restaurants. And of course the view is amazing! My only suggestion would be to have more supply of laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here in the Kihei area.

It would be fair to say I would like to give this a terrible review - only to keep it an amazing secret. WOW. What an incredible space! It was perfect for me, my pal, and her two teen girls! We took the sofa bed and gave the teens the bedroom. We had amazing views at the beginning and end of each day! The moonrise was captivating at night while the pre-dawn watercolor sky was a magnificent way to adjust from jetlag. I could have spent the rest of my life waking and falling asleep to this view. My friend agreed. The bed was comfy and we didn't even realize the other person was in it; the rest of the space is noteworthy as is the location= all are 5 stars!

Koa Lagoon is a wonderful condo building in which to stay when you're in Kihei. The property managers were wonderful to work with---they let us check-in two hours early (yay!) and answered all our questions very quickly.

Very nice condo in Kihei Maui. The views from the lanai are second to none, and the unit is well equipped with everything you may need while traveling. Loved the location, central to all Kihei has to offer, would definitely recommend.

I've stayed with Valley Isle Property Management twice this year - once for two weeks and at this property for the month of March.

Everything about my experience - from the quality of the property, the thoughtful amenities, incredible location (the VIEWS!), and interactions with Wendi and her team were stellar.

I've stayed at properties where the management companies feel as if they operate only to make money due to the fact they're in a 'sellers market' and demand outstrips supply.

VIP operates as if you are their only, best, and most important client with homes that exceed expectations. If you find yourself deciding between multiple properties, consider VIP because their X-Factor of outstanding hospitality outshines the competition.
