Maui Kamaole #I-207

Enjoyed the condo. It met our needs for a party of 3, to be close to my son staying at one of the 5 Star Resorts nearby. Spacious bedrooms and 2 separate baths were great. All the condo needs is a white paint touch up interior doors and baseboards and it would be perfect! Close to many restaurants and beaches. We didn't use the pools but they looked nice and clean.

Good location. Nice pool/jacuzzi set-up. Easy walk to the beach. Comfortable beds.

Great location in south Maui. Quiet and peaceful. Close to all the great snorkeling beaches. Had everything we needed.

Great condo unit. Loved the beautifully maintained grounds. Waterfall pool is so pretty.

we loved our rental. the ocean breeze through the unit was lovely in the morning, and the three AC units worked perfectly when things warmed up later on. breakfast on the balcony with an ocean view and listening to the roosters was super fun. thank you for supplying an umbrella and four comfortable beach chairs, we used them everyday.

We had a great time at the property. It was exactly what was advertised. Close to many places we planned for.

My family of 4 had a great time here. The condo was comfortable, with great outdoor spaces and beautiful views.

The condo was beautiful and we had a pretty amazing view. The only downfall is that they don’t let you know that you get charged for electricity usage. It wasn’t in the agreement. But overall it was a good place to take your family.

The condo complex is beautiful and very well kept. The location is super convenient to Kihei stores, restaurants, beaches etc. The complex has 2 nice pools great for families and adults. This unit has ocean views!
The condo is spacious and clean if somewhat dated. Great deck and 2 other small outdoor decks. Beds comfortable and kitchen very well equipped.
Plenty of room with one bedroom and bath upstairs.
Management team gets an A plus for responsiveness to our needs even before we arrived.
This unit is up a steep set of stairs from parking lot and second level inside unit is up a flight as well.
Suggest owners remove dated shag carpet and replace with more beach sensible flooring
In all we loved our stay and would recommend this unit, a few exceptions noted.

This was a perfect place for our family of five. The home is comfortable and close to Maui's great beaches.

Good things:
-- Great size for two – four adults
-- Good sized patio
-- Air conditioning worked well enough
-- Nice to have the extra fans in the rooms
-- Kitchen well equipped
-- Nice to have the outside storage for beach equipment
-- Beds were comfortable.
-- Grounds of the area well maintained
-- Nice neighbors

To improve:
-- Get an awning for the back (western facing) large patio. Our unit was the only condo without an awning. Additionally, the VRBO picture shows an awning. We had to keep our curtains closed all day because of the heat produced through the windows.
-- Sure would be great if the privacy shutters on the master bedroom were flipped. As is, light travels through the slates from the dining/living room.

When we arrived, there were issues:
-- Three dirty towels in our unit: folded, but dirty. I called and they were removed/replaced.
-- Dusty placemats: I called and they were removed/replaced
-- Extremely dull peeler in the kitchen: I called and it was removed/replaced
-- The paper towel holder was broken: I called and it was replaced.
-- At least three light bulbs were out and we had to buy replacements.
-- The refrigerator works well but the door has a missing panel bar so nothing can be stored there.
-- The carpets had not been thoroughly vacuumed: we found two hair pins and a small piece of a bracelet in the carpet under the dining table.
-- Carpets need cleaning – there are stains.
-- I didn’t see a broom or a sponge mop. Those would be a nice add. I did see a dust pan.

VIP Management did a great job! Immediately addressed all the issues we found upon arrival.

Wonderful stay in Kihei. Close to the beach camp III, food, and stores. Spacious for a family of 6. Loved the pool! Would stay here again.

Great location. You can see beautiful sunset every evening at the beach which is right in front of the condo and you don’t need to drive all the way to see the sea turtles. We swam with the sea turtles right in front of the condo.
Very quite community and this was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The condo was clean and well equipped. The location is perfect and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Valley Isle Property Management were quick to respond to my inquiries and very helpful. This was our second time staying at Maui Kamaole and once again we loved our stay.

The Maui Kamaole condos are in a great location within Kihei, and this unit is in an ideal location within the complex. Ocean views from lanai, unit is close to both swimming pools and is very quiet.
Kitchen is very well stocked. So is beach “toy closet”-chairs, cooler, boogie boards , even a yoga mat.

We had a wonderful time here with our 3 children. They had everything you need for a wonderful day at the beach. Home was very comfortable and clean.

We were two couples on vacation together, and it was the perfect unit for us! Close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc, but in a quiet complex up on a hill with a lovely view. We had coffee on the lanai every morning, and were happy to have everything we needed for our stay. Great pool and hot tub too. Valley Isle Properties was a joy to work with in booking and communications as well. Highly recommend!

Very well located and comfortable condo. Nice complex and close to the beach.

First off, we arrived and were able to check in a tad early since we arrived a few hours before check in. The place was clean, organized and perfect for our fam of 5. The kids enjoyed the pool which was super close. The condo had swim/beach stuff and a beach bag and chairs, towels and everything you need. Besides the slow moving traffic from what we’re used to in the bay area, things like grocery, shopping and places to eat were close by. The end of our vacay was not so great as the big Maui fire started prior to us going to the airport. After staying at the airport with 3 kids for over 7 hours the property was allowing us to return back to the condo if we needed to. They were sooooo nice to accommodate. Thankfully we finally got a flight out by midnight. Thanks for a great stay with nice cooling AC.
My only recommendation would be to have a mat in the tub so it’s not slippery for little ones. Other than that, amazing place!

We had a lovely time staying in this condo.
The property manager was very easy to work with especially since we had a bunch of requests. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. It was close to two wonderful beaches and any sort of shops you would need. I would highly recommend staying here.

I stayed here with my 3 boys and it was amazing! Beautiful and spotless condo! The property manager was very responsive and prompt. They provided us with everything we need for beach fun and entertainment. My kids said it was the best trip ever, thank you!
