Maui Vista #3422

Perfect for our family of 6. Exactly as described. Loved all the little things...beach chairs/umbrellas, cooler, snorkel gear, tennis rackets. We had great communication. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Never a long drive. Perfect walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping.

The unit is spacious and updated. Great location, with easy walking to the beach & restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped and the storage closet is full of the items needed for a day at the beach. The team at Valley Isle Property Management are the best! They handled an unforeseen issue before our trip with professionalism and resolved the problem. We are grateful for their aloha spirit!

My family enjoyed staying at this property period it's lovely and we had only small issues, not even worth mentioning. Its a prime location and had more than we needed. This could be our annual rental!

Loved this Maui Vista vacation rental property! The location was fantastic as it is a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach and minutes away from great shops, coffee, delicious cinnamon buns, a gym and restaurants! The condo was very quiet, clean, had beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler, comfortable beds with great closet space and bathrooms! Beautiful lanai to sit, have a breakfast in the morning and a drink and watch the sunsets at night! The property also has tennis courts and a great BBQ area which we enjoyed! VIP property management were fantastic in responding quickly to all of our questions and brought us ice and coolers when the fridge/freezer acted up! They replaced the fridge with a new one within 2 days! We highly recommend this rental property and plan to stay here again!

Very nice unit that was equipped well. The unit was clean and everything in working order. Lots of beach equipment and beach towels to use. The beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful loft-style place with a fully stocked kitchen. We loved looking at the ocean on the balcony during the morning and walking the short walk to the beach for sunsets. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear & boogie board regularly and were delighted with how close everything was. Kalama Park had lots to watch & do (surfing, paddle boarding, volleyball, walking, etc.) and the condo was also walking distance to great places to eat (such as the Paia Fish Market and the Blue Door Bread Co.). We also loved the on-site pools for down time in the afternoons. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. The property management company was always available to answer any questions we had and made us feel very welcomed.

Clean and good pots, pans and utensils. The bathrooms were good with a tub upstairs. There are a couple of minor things that need improving which the property manager has committed to do.

Stayed for 3 weeks and was perfect. The management company is very attentive for any required details. Short walk to Charlie young beach which provides lots of nice beach days and beautiful sunsets. The condo is well equipped, could use more linen and towels for the beach

We loved staying here. The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Felt like home very quickly. The beach and town are a short walk. This was a dream come true vacation and we loved every minute it.

Great unit, decent view and lots of space. Has all the essentials and fantastic AC! It was great for our family.

We loved this condo. It was perfect size for our family of four. Great location and just 2 minutes walk to the beach. It was fully stocked with your basic needs as far as kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, even beach supplies. It was very clean and nicely decorated.

The building and condo are a lot older than we realized but most condos in Kihei are about the same age. The pools were disappointing as they were really small and pool area is not vey inviting. Our condo was newly renovated and a good size. I feel like the pictures make the condo look "brand"new, which isn't the case. Overall it was fine but I don't think I would stay here again. The management company and Mick were great and replied to our concerns quickly.

The condo is 5 min walk to Kam 1 beach. Very close to kalama beach( my boys went surfing lesson) and food places.( food trucks, paia fish market and Ohana restaurant)The unit was clean and has everything you need. The property management was very helpful. I requested an extra blanket and extra beach chairs and they left it the entryway right away since were out for the day.

Really enjoyed our 4 day stay at the Maui Vista #3422. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had all that was needed for our short getaway. Charley Young Beach was across the street for quick and easy access and we were in the heart of Kihei close to all our favorite restaurants and stores. The condo had lots of beach gear, had a washer/dryer directly in unit and all the appliances were new. I would definitely stay here again

The management company was very professional and helpful. When we arrived, the pool key was missing, so arrangements were made for us to pick up a new one at the main office right away. On the second day, the toaster died and we had a new one that same evening. All our interactions with the management company were great! The condo was exactly as described. The beach was within walking distance and we were near the downtown area of Kihei. The lanai is a little on the small side but very pleasant. We would stay here again.

This rental was very conveniently located near many shops, restaurant, and a less crowded beach.

We had a wonderful stay in Maui Vista 3422 and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. The condo had everything we needed and it was perfect for our family of 5.

Perfect location. Everything within walking distance but ample doorstep parking if
renting a car. Very comfortable 2 bed/2 bath condo. Quiet, clean with beautiful view of beach.
