Wailea Ekolu Village #314

Loved the place it was well equipped in the kitchen, and very nicely furnished. It has a great view.
But there a few things missing; no shower mats for the floor, no pool towels. And wash cloths were hung where there should have been hand towels. I went and bought shower mats as it was slippery to step out wet onto the tile floor.

The property management never responded about a kaamaina rate or a later check out.

The condo was beautifully furnished and very comfortable! Very convenient location with great view of the ocean. Remember to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap. There is soap in the kitchen and bathrooms but not for the showers. The washer and dryer will take awhile to finish so remember to allow for enough time. Overall a very pleasant stay and we loved it!!

Great location. Great house, that felt like home. Close to shopping, restaurants& great beaches. Couldn’t have been happier with the rental.

The Good - Beautiful property with an incredible view. Lanais were lovely and good social space. Good communication with management team. Good price for quality.

Room to improve - listing says it sleeps 8 but their were only five coffee mugs. lack of simple amenities like coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap were frustrating. the sleeper bed in the sofa was very uncomfortable, should be replaced. the floor didn't seem to be mopped in a long time, after walking barefoot for a few minutes, bottom of feet were very very dirty.

The rental was gorgeous! It features lots of space for a group of people, nice views and very quiet. The rental was very clean and all appliances worked. The property team was also extremely friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. I do recommend this place as an option if you’re looking to stay in Wailea!

This is a great location in Wailea. Only a few minutes walking distance to the shops in Wailea. And only a few minutes driving to the best beaches in the Wailea/Kihei area. The vacation rental was perfect for our family of five. The pictures are accurate, but the furniture is getting worn and the living room rug needs a good clean. My biggest concern was the AC in the living room as previous reviews had mentioned it not working. It does not, but a small window-type AC unit was added. It's fine in the morning, but it cannot keep up once the sun comes around the south side and starts to shine in the windows...and it gets very warm upstairs and can't cool down after about 5pm. The good thing is with that sun, you get awesome sunset views from the balcony! The balcony could use a good hose down, but this is a tropical island and there are lots of birds. Good news is the bedrooms are downstairs and we spent most time there (sleeping) and the split AC units there work great. Again, furniture is getting worn, but the mattresses were comfortable. Also, the beach equipment saved us a lot of $ with Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas (one needs replaced). The Property Manager was quick to respond to questions/concerns. The property is very quiet and you can tell there are many owners living/staying here. It's an older complex but well maintained outside. I would stay here again if the AC were to be fixed upstairs and some furniture cleaned/replaced. Overall a good stay and nice to be back on Maui.

Great condo and great location. Came with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a cooler, which was great since we spent most of our days at the beach. Condo was clean and well stocked. There were 8 of us, and we felt like we had plenty of room. Great sunsets and view from the balcony. Walkable to most things we needed or wanted.

We stayed in this Condo the last 3 nights of our Maui vacation. The location was perfect for enjoying South Maui. The view both in the morning and at sunset was perfect from the lanai. Also, the drive to the airport was easy and much shorter than West Maui. We did not use the pool so I can’t comment on that. Nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped.

My family and I very much enjoyed our vacation here. The condo had everything we needed, from dishes, to beach supplies. It was very appreciated. Would definitely book again in the future! Perfect spot.

The condo was in a freat location and decorated nicely with all the amenities and items you could possibly need. Enjoyed the shops, restaurants, and beaches nearby. Condo was spacious and clean and we had a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and appeared newly remodeled. It was great to have free parking. They thought of all of our beach needs including 2 coolers! We would absolutely stay again.

This was a great condo for a 3 night stay for 5 adults and 2 small children, and in a great location within Wailea. Overall good condition, although missing linens/blankets for the couch bed and a missing pack and play. The management was extremely responsive and brought the new baby bed over right away, and were very accommodating for an early check in. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at this rental property for 6 days and it was great! We had no issues with anything, and when we needed extra toilet paper they responded right away and had it dropped off.
The location was great in Wailea, close to shops and close to the beach. The property was very clean.
I also forgot my branded sunglasses after my trip and reached out to them and they offered to send it back! Thank goodness. Thank you guys for everything!

This golf course condo has a wonderful long range view of the ocean. Sunsets were amazing. The condo is very nice, was clean, had adequate supplies to begin your stay and great beach items for your use. The kitchen was adequately equipped, could use more plastic "glasses". The location is ideal for exploring Maui or just staying close to home. The Island Gourmet store provided us many lovely meals! Note that the second full bath downstairs is in the hallway not ensuite. Living, dining, and kitchen areas are large and comfortable. Upstairs deck was our favorite place to be! Management was helpful and easy to work with from rental through checkout.

If you don't like butterflies flitting about in a beautiful flowered tree right beside the lanai or birds tweeting at dawn or dusk or incredible view to Molokini and beyond, fabulous sunsets every night, this isn't the place for you.

Very nice rental. Parking was no issue right outside the door. Great location right by the Wailea Shopping center. If you are a golfer, the balcony off the kitchen looks right down at the Wailea Blue Course. You can walk to the clubhouse. Place was clean.

The condo was well stocked with sheets, towels and beach stuff (8 chairs!) The view from the decks/balconies are beautiful. Kitchen has all you need to bake or cook, with simple cooking spices on hand. Toiletries are sufficient for a couple of days. Hard floors make it easy for cleaning up. Blow up bed available making it so our 6 kids could sleep in the 2nd bedroom downstairs, with space for their things.

We enjoyed our stay at your vacation rental. The location was perfect.

We had an amazing time in Maui, and our stay at this condo really helped with that. Wailea Ekolu Village is in a wonderful location and has the most gorgeous beaches very close by. The condo was very spacious and had incredible views that overlooked the golf course and ocean. Kirstin and Team were very responsive to any questions. Would definitely recommend this place!

This condo was awesome! The place was very clean and had a great layout for a small group trip. The location was awesome, you are only a quick walk down to the beaches. Also the condo comes with a beach chairs and umbrella, the chairs can be worn as a backpack and they have a cooler pocket. I will definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks for providing such a great space for travelers.

We had a brilliant stay in Wailea. The apartment’s location is ideal, close to the beach, shops and a local cafe. Correspondence with the owner was prompt and helpful. Beach toys and chairs made a big difference.
One area for improvement is the kitchen / dining experience in the condo. The kitchen equipment is pretty old and limited (+very few essentials in the cupboard), the electric grill doesn’t really get hot enough to cook meat well, the lanai has a security light which doesn’t stay on and the kitchen table is a little low for the chairs. As a lot of the time we dined out these weren’t big issues, but improvements would certainly make this condo a 5* in our view.

Our stay in your rental was outstanding and the accomodations were outstanding. It was like living in our own home except we were in Maui. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and very responsive to our needs.

We went to Maui for my daughter’s wedding in October. This particular unit was a very pleasant surprise for us.

We had a terrific family vacation staying at this condo. It was the perfect size with nice size rooms, comfortable beds and a spare bed upstairs in the living room. The views are amazing and we took advantage of them nearly every day to watch sunset. The grounds in the entire complex are immaculate, parking is easy and close to the unit and management was extremely responsive from the time we landed through the time we left. A few things needed taken care of and Emily was right on it. I’ll be booking this location again for our next trip if it’s available!

Rarely is the real thing better than the pictures but this place was so beautiful and well appointed. We stay at different properties in Maui and this one was the most exceptional. I would recommend this specific rental to anyone asking me where to stay.
