Waiohuli Beach Hale #D218

We LOVE this complex. The perfect beach and located walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants. Has everything our little family loves and looks for in a vacation rental.

This condo was VERY CLEAN. My partner and I stayed here for almost a month, Jan22 to Feb 18,2025.The unit was remodeled. New appliancesin kitchen, new shower , bed was a little softer than I like but we both slept very well. It was not an OLD mattress.The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs--utensils, pots,pans etc.Management was very responsive. Grocery stores, restaurants nearby. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Window AC's in Main room and bedroom

I had a very nice stay at Waiohuli Beach Hale #D218. Easy to find from the airport (30 min). The property was clean and well maintained. The manager was easy to get a hold of when calling and she let us check in early. I would definitely recommend this place because it's so close to all restaurants, supermarkets, food trucks, and of course the beach. On the downside, I arrived on a Monday. On this day, the Catholic church next to the property offers free showers and meals to those who need it (primarily homeless). The generators for the showers are a little loud and can be heard on the property. Lastly, on Saturday morning, there was a managers/HOA meeting which went from 9-11am. The apartment is located right above this high traffic area (laundry room, managers office, and the Saturday meeting). Their voices were so loud, I had to eat my breakfast inside instead of the lanai. Other than that, I would stay at this place again but I would request an apartment closer to the beach (near the end of pool).

Condo was quiet had everything we needed and the location was ideal. We had a wonderful stay.

my husband and I come to Maui every year for 2 to 3 weeks stay. We often will come a couple days earlier and stay somewhere new on the island. This time we chose Kihei and I looked high and low on Google maps to find the right location for us. this condo was right on the ocean had a very nice manicured grass lawn with lovely landscaping. It was well kept, there were grills, there was a heated pool, and it was kind of secluded. There were a lot of owners and vacationers there that were quiet. The room was perfect for us. You couldn’t hear outside noises and the air conditioners worked well. The lanai was a perfect space for two people. the shower and bathroom has been remodeled and easily works for us. The location was perfect to a supermarket, restaurant, bars, and coffee, as well as stores. It also was an easy walk to one of the main beaches. They had all the amenities we would need. We definitely would stay here again.

Room and location were as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay! Check in and out was easy. Close to everything and we would definitely come back!

The location was spectacular and gave us the chance for early morning walks in the beach.

The condo was clean, just as described. We loved the location and beautiful beach right out front. We saw so many turtles on the beach too! The view from the room was beautiful with the sunsets in the evening. We loved having the beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler available for us to use as well. The only recommendation I would have is for a light comforter for the pull out bed available, we used the fitted and top sheet but felt we needed a little extra. Otherwise everything was great.

We had a great stay at Monabel Manor with our extended family. The house was spotless clean. This kitchen was fully outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor patio area was amazing with seating areas, built in BBQ, hot tub, and gas fire pit and had wonderful vistas overlooking the golf course. What a wonderful home for our stay in Suncadia!

There were several days I didn’t even get in the car, as this charming spot was so close to a great beach right out front, and shops, groceries, and great restaurants a very short walk away. It’s also so easy to access the rest of Maui from here.

Good location, beautiful garden and pool, walking distance to the beach. Watch Sunset every day . Close to shopping areas.

The condo is in a great location. Right on the beach, close to restaurants and stores.

Great condo. Only 2 complaints. Floor was dirty when we arrived and the ac has to be sized to a larger u it for the living room area. Undersized so unit does not cool the area. Bedroom cooling is great!

AMAZING!!! What a view! D218 will bring you much joy from the moment you walk in to this spacious well kept condo to the moment you take a dip in the pool or better yet take a short walk from the pool to warm waters of Maui!
Perfectly located to food and any necessities you may have left at home. Thank you VIP for giving a much needed getaway! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the access to the beach. The pool was great. However, the pool was closed for our last days due to maintenance. The bedroom was cool and comfortable, while the living room was a bit warm the majority of our time. The a/c is too small for this size room. The living room could use more furniture if you are using the pull out bed. The complex was nice a quiet. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed seeing the sights around the island, but is was just a meh for me.

Short walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets, and turtles right on the shore. Feels more like a local beach, much less crowded than Kamole beaches.

Amazing views! Condo was very clean and had all the essentials we needed to make our week a great one. Especially loved the beach chairs and umbrella, that could be easily transported in the trunk of our car. Will definitely be staying here again!

This condo was everything we hoped for. It looks just like the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need. King size bed is very comfortable. Steps away from a beautiful private beach. We could view the ocean from our lanai which is on the north side so it was never too hot. The grounds are well kept. You can walk to the grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it!!!!

Quiet condo complex. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed eating nightly on our lanai with the lovely sunset view. Easy drive to many different beaches. Excellent snorkeling off the beaches in Wailea. A very relaxing week.

We loved staying at this condo. In fact, we’d like to come back next time we go to Maui. There is a HUGE, empty beautiful beach just beyond a well equipped pool area. Immaculate grounds full of well maintained plants, flowers and trees. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our vacation home perfect for us. Oh, I almost forgot to say the lanai was perfect for just hanging out and sharing meals.

The pictures are accurate, the grounds are beautiful and the property is quiet. The unit is fully equipped and the safe is a bonus. Bring quarters for the laundry room, it's much easier. The location is great and we would stay here again.

This one bedroom condo has everything you need. We enjoyed the sand chairs.They also have boogie boards aa well as beach towels. Nice and clean.

Nice condo in a great property on the beach. Nicely maintained with a wonderful pool and grilling area. The location was a perfect base for exploring the island.

Our place was exactly what we needed. Kihei is close to everything and convenient and has good beaches. Close to other great beaches, too, if you want to explore more of the island. The property is extremely well maintained and the long term people at the condo are very friendly. The rental company was great to us.

It was our first trip without kids since they arrived 2 years ago. This place was excellent. Everything you need without the overinflated prices of the resorts. the view is exactly what you see in the photos. One thing that we (along with most everyone else) enjoyed was watching the sunset from the beach, lawn, or balcony every night. It was exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend.

Great condo- bed very comfortable!

Our stay in the apartment rental was very pleasant! The view out of the balcony was serene and beautiful, the AC unit in the bedroom provided a lot of comfort during our summer stay, and the pool was ideal for especially windy and wavy times of day for the beach. We liked being able to brew our own coffee and make our own bedroom or dinner in the kitchen, and then enjoying our meal on the balcony watching the ocean waves. The beach equipment was also incredibly useful! We used the beach chairs and umbrella quite a bit.

It was awesome to stay at Waiohuli Beach Hale! I had family visiting and staying and two other units in the same complex and so I decided to treat my kids tonight to a weekend in this beautiful unit. It had everything we needed and I could look out from the lanai and see if my sister was at the pool or if her in-laws were at their place. She and I had lived at this condo at one time when we were kids, so there was a nostalgic feeling. I love it here and I didn’t want to leave and go back to the other side of the island where it’s much rainier. I Loved being able to walk to Azeka‘s around the corner. I would happily stay here again!

Adorable condo. Great kitchen. Location. 2 minute walk to the beach. AMAZING. sunsets. I found a great place to run through a local neighborhood and park. Walking distance to a grocery store. The pool and shuffle board are lovely additions. quiet at night! Will definitely stay here again.
